Commentary:  The Rigger who specializes in bikes has a hellbent attitude for destruction.  The motorcycle does not fully enclose the occupant like other vehicles.  So using one in highway combat is daredevil madness.  But on the other hand, it looks so cool.  And in some situations a bike can go where a larger vehicle can't.
