Background:  Winslow was a hot shot lawyer even before his eruption.  After he realized his true potential he simply advanced to a broader arena.  These days he handles Nova clients and major corporations.  But all this acomplishment hides a dark secret.  Timelord is also a Proteus operative.  His major concern is to keep tabs on every Nova that can manipulate Time.  He compiles this information in hopes that Proteus assassins can use it to destroy those Novas who abuse their power.
